Shrimp Carbonara

Ingredients:
Pasta
Shrimp
Nestle Cream
Evap milk
Garlic
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley
French bread
Butter
Olive oil
Cooking Procedure:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions
2. While the linguini is cooking heat the oil and butter in a large sautÈ pan. SautÈ
the garlic.
3. Add the shelled shrimp and parsley and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes
more.
4. Whisk together milk and cream and add to the cooking shrimp mixture.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 1 minute longer.
5. Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste
6. Toss the shrimp mixture with the cooked pasta and serve immediately with a
toasted French bread
