Ingredients:
1 cup vinegar
2 tbsp minced Garlic
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 lb medium Shrimp, with shells
2 cup Coconut milk
Cooking Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients together, and marinate for 7 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Transfer shrimp into a bowl.
3. Boil the marinade for 30 minutes until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
4. Add in shrimp, and cook for 5 minute or until shrimp is done.
5. Serve hot.
